For information about your mobile service plan, please contact your wireless carrier. The Socratic Experience is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile service provider.
All content, materials, and information on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of The Socratic Experience or its content providers and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your registration and access to the Service at any time without notice for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the United States.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Socratic Experience regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
